When the Flynn-Fletcher on vacation in Hawaii, Candace decides she is going to try and relax. Phineas and Ferb try to bring Aqua Primates to life and Dr. Doofenshmirtz tries to de-evolve mankind. Meanwhile, Mom and Dad learn to surf./ Phineas and Ferb continue to look for activities on Hawaii to amuse them, while Candace is convinced she has found a good luck charm necklace, until her luck keeps getting worse. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz's De-Evolutionator proves to not work as well as he hoped, de-evolving him and leaving him trapped on a desert island.
