Suspect: Season 1

When veteran detective Danny (James Nesbitt) turns up at a mortuary for a routine ID check, he’s devastated to discover the corpse of his estranged daughter Christina. Refusing to accept the coroner’s report of suicide, he sets out on a mission to uncover the events that led to her death. In each episode he conducts a cross-examination with a different suspect or witness, keeping viewers in suspense as opposing testimonies and evidence play out in real time. Why did Christina die? And what is Danny prepared to do to get even?
