12 people who have struggled with weight their entire lives compete to lose the excuses, lose the fear and ultimately, lose the most weight. For the winner, there’s $100,000 but for all the contestants there’s the chance of a long-term, healthy life-style in this new and updated version of the hit format. With the help of host Bob Harper and trainers Erica Lugo and Steve Cook, the contestants will face a series of tough challenges – physical, mental and emotional - which will change the way they eat, think and move.
