When a teddy bear filled with illegal contraband is stopped at the post office, Amanda and visiting inspector Eric Lin decide to run a controlled delivery to catch the criminal in the act. To their surprise, the package is delivered to Chloe Robinson, a stay-at-home mom with no criminal history. The Inspectors aren't sure if she can be trusted, but they enlist Chloe's help to catch the bad guys. Meanwhile, a school-wide "meme" competition is consuming Preston and Noah. So much so that Preston's creation becomes the root of a fight between Preston and Veronica. But was it the "meme," or is there a deeper problem in Preston and Veronica's relationship?
