Read recap of the previous night's performances 1407A Results Show – Week 7The Results Show kicks off with an encore performance of Maria and Derek’s Paso Doble. Makes sense. After all, the dance received three perfect tens the night before. Then we learn that the first couple coming back to dance for sure are William & Cheryl. Donald & Peta are also safe, as are Katherine & Mark.In the final AT&T Spotlight Dance of the season, we learn the story of "Steelo" Vasquez who suffered a brain aneurism. It took away this talented man’s ability to perform so many basic functions. This included Steelo’s ability to dance. It’s been a long road for recovery for this husband and father, but he fought back so that he could one day dance again in public. That day has come. Chants of “Steelo” fill the ballroom after his triumphant dance with his group. It’s an inspiring moment that can’t help but give you chills.Gavin DeGraw returns to the ballroom, but this time he takes the stage as a singer. We’re then treated to dances by three couples who have been trained by some of our pros in a Ballroom Battle Relay. The judges deem Cheryl Burke’s team, Allen Genkin & Alli Kocherga, to be the best dancers out there. That means they receive the first-ever Ballroom Battle Trophy!As the elimination process continues, we learn that Maria & Derek are safe, as are Melissa & Maks. That means Roshon & Chelsie and Jaleel & Kym are in the bottom two. They each perform the Rumba in the final "Dance Duel" of the season. The judges agree that both teams gave it their all, but only once couple can go on. By unanimous decision, Roshon & Chelsie are saved. That means Jaleel & Kym are headed out of the ballroom.
