The Girl Most Likely

Jane Powell stars as a working girl with too many engagements in this breezy musical comedy directed by Mitchell Leisen. A bank clerk who won’t say no, Dodie (Powell) has three fiancés and can’t decide which one to marry. First there’s Pete (Cliff Robertson), a poor mechanic who can only bring love to a marriage. Next is a salesman named Buzz (Tommy Noonan), who promises a life of stability. And finally there’s Neil the playboy (Keith Andes), a millionaire she’s only just met. Determined to choose the right Mr. Right, Dodie daydreams what their lives would be like if she marries one of the three.
